Krista leads Haven Ministries (formerly QACCA) by helping develop programs and policies for the ministries. She is a grant writer and has responsibilities with finances, legal issues, and other operational responsibilities.

Sandi has worked with Haven Ministries (formerly QACCA) for over eleven years - first as a volunteer and then as paid staff. Her focus is working with guests at Haven Ministries Homeless Shelter. She is experienced in working with clients to connect them to programs and services.

Edwin Gibbs is a trained case manager at the Resource Center. He helps manage the daily operations of this program. Edwin also works overnight at the shelter ensuring safety and assisting shelter guests.

Mia is working on enhancing donor support and services thus increasing donor satisfaction. She will be expanding the business sponsorship program and engaging the public with awareness and fundraising events.

Pamela (pictured on the left) and Evelyn (pictured on the right) are dedicated overnight shelter staff that have worked this shift for over 10 years! Both of them monitor the shelter overnight to ensure safety and help the clients get ready for the day.

She is a longtime resident of Centreville with many connections to people and services. She has a background in nonprofit and service work.

Karen is working with Church Coordinators, training volunteers, recruiting new volunteers, and assisting with volunteer paperwork.

Alvin Craft is a Case Manager at the Resource Center. He assists individuals in need of help by connecting them to services. He also assists with educational programming. Alvin also helps manage the shelter operations. He assists the Director of Operations and performs intake procedures. He ensures that all shelter rules are followed and all policies and procedures are implemented.

Liz manages the Thrift Store by sorting and organizing inventory and scheduling volunteers. She is always ready to help customers, volunteers, and donors with a wonderful and cheerful smile.
